Jazzy Apple is the only child of Tender Taps and Apple Bloom. Now I know what everyone's thinking; 
How is this going to effect my previous statement of Apple Bloom being infertile in my headcanon?
Just wait, I'll explain my thoughts xD

In my headcanon, around the time Finch and Wren are around CMC age, Apple Bloom's old friend Tender Taps returns to Ponyville after an Equestrian Wide performance tour with a group of dancers, singers and other performers. Apple Bloom attends the show and gets a VIP pass to hang out with Tender Taps after the show, where they catch each other up on their lives and rekindle their friendship. 
One thing leads to another and Tender Taps decides to move back to Ponyville to be with Apple Bloom.
They date for a little while and eventually it becomes a relationship, and a few years later; Tender asks Apple Bloom to marry him.

When he firsts asks, Apple Bloom hesitates and worries about whether or not Tender may want kids of his own someday, and knowing she was infertile, she almost said no. After explaining her worries to him, they decide to go to the doctors to see if there was any way to help her for when the time came in the future when they wanted to try for a baby.

Although the doctor confirmed that Apple Bloom would never be able to conceive, he did have an idea. The idea of surrogacy was brought up, and Tender and Apple Bloom went to Town Hall to speak to Mayor Tiara about it. After getting some more information, Diamond Tiara herself offered to be Apple Bloom's surrogate when the time came they were ready.

Thanks to a little magic and modern practices, the procedure was successful; And Diamond Tiara became the surrogate mother for Tender Taps and Apple Bloom, giving birth to their daughter Jazzy 12 moons/months later. After she was born, Apple Bloom appointed Diamond Tiara as her Guardian (Godmother).

So not only is Jazzy 100% genetically Tender and Apple Bloom's, but she was still born naturally thanks to Diamond Tiara. 

(And for those who don't know, no, just because Diamond Tiara gives birth to her, doesn't mean she's related to her. Diamond was just the carrier, the egg that was fertilized and became Jazzy was still Apple Bloom's egg cell just transfered into Diamond's uterus. And I had to say "successfully" and with a little magic, because in real life, surrogacy doesn't always work - so the "magic" helped ensure it's success)

Jazzy got her cutie mark a little after meeting Aunt Applejack's childhood friend, Coloratura. 
She heard the stories she told about her time as the Pop Star "Countess Coloratura" and Jazzy became infatuated with the idea of being a Pop star pony. Apple Bloom was a bit skeptical about letting her daughter travel down that path, but after a while, she saw how much she loved performing in front of other ponies; just like her daddy. She got her cutie mark when she created a routine with Tender Taps with Rara playing the piano for them. She got her cutie mark as soon as she belted out her solo, and the crowd loved her. 

As a teenager and into adulthood, she went on a few tours with Coloratura. Although the fame and popularity was always there for her, she knew Sweet Apple Acres was her roots, and she would always return home as soon as she was able to. She never lets her popularity get to her, and has always remained one of the sweetest mares you'll ever meet. 

Although she's a Pop star pony, she is not ashamed of her country life back home, and is proud to be an Apple.
