Sister Story Time

Chimi: And then dad and I were face to face with the gang ponies! We didn't know how we were gonna get out of that one!

Mini: How did you?!

Chimi: Well, dad pulled out his party canon and blasted the thugs away! Nothing like getting confetti in the eye; I would know, it smarts! *rubs her eye a bit and laughs* 

Mini: Wow.. did you guys really blast them away like that? That's so cool!

Chimi: Haha.. No, we didn't; but we did cover them in confetti and then had a party; parties can solve just about anything!

Mini: .. Oh, well, I guess that's still cool too *laughs a bit* But, question - Where was dad keeping his party canon? 

Chimi: Hmm.. That's a good question; actually I've tried asking mom that a few times too but neither of them really ever give straight answers.

Mini: Wait, mom? She has a party canon too?

Chimi: Well, she had one. It was much smaller than dads; a tiny blue one with flowers on the wheels. 

Mini: Oh, that sounds cute.. what happened to it?

Chimi: I don't know exactly, but, mom said she had to give it up. When I asked about it, she just smiled at me and said 'some things are more important than a party canon' and kissed me on the head. *shrugs* But mom is a pretty smart pony behind her free-will exterior, I'm sure she had her reasons.. Plus, we still have dad's party canon, don't we? And I know how much you like getting shot from it! *noogies her sister's mane*

Mini: *laughs* Hey! Not the mane, I just brushed it! *pushes her sisters hoof away* And I know I do, but.. do you think mom ever misses hers? 

Chimi: Well, I'm sure she does, Mini; but - I think if she wanted it back, she would've found a way to get it back by now. It disappeared around the time dad and I came back into the picture; you were only a foal then.

Mini: Hm.. That's too bad.

Chimi: Maybe we should get our own party canons, I mean; I have a feeling Frost may want something a little different.. considering he does EVERYTHING different already, haha!

Mini: Maybe.. But, what if I don't follow after the family and plan parties or bake? What use would a party canon be for me?

Chimi: I don't know, Sprinkle-Winkle, but even if it's not your thing; you can't say blasting off a canon is NOT fun! 

Mini: *smiles and laughs* Well of course not, it's the best! Oh hey, tell me the story about you and dad entering the Everfree Forest for the first time again!

Chimi: Oh, come on Mini - I've told you that one a dozen times now.

Mini: I know, it's my favorite! It's so funny! Please?

Chimi: Haha, fine, but only because I love you!

Chimi-Cherry and Sprinkles having some sisterly bonding time as they do every other day or so.
Yes, I do plan on this becoming the next "picture-by-picture" story; and no, it's not a shipping story.
But yes, this will be about Sprinkles AKA "Mini".
